| Papier mache is forgiving and fun. I create many individual forms when the paper mixture is moist and then they conveniently become hard and strong when dry. Selecting, connecting and modifying the forms is the next part of my building process. The textures are both real, created with additions of wood and vinyl compounds, and virtual, created with varied applications of color. I’m really interested in juxtaposing forms and surfaces to create an exciting work. | |||
